1. What data I process and why
When you place an order, I receive the data needed to process it:
your name, address, email, ordered products and payment status.
I use this data to handle your order and shipping, answer questions and customer support, fulfil legal duties (for example invoices and taxes).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO (contract) and Art. 6(1)(c) DSGVO.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by external payment providers (for example Stripe or PayPal, depending on what you choose at checkout). I do not see or store your full card or bank details.
These providers act as their own data controllers. You can find more information in their privacy policies.
3. Shipping
For shipping I share your name and address (and if needed email/phone for tracking) with the shipping company.
This is necessary to deliver your order (Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO).
4. Hosting and technical data
This shop is hosted by Big Cartel. Technical data like IP address, access logs and error logs may be processed by them to run and protect the website (for example to prevent abuse and ensure security).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO (legitimate interest in a secure, stable shop).
5. Cookies
This shop may use cookies that are necessary for basic functions (for example keeping your cart during a session). These cookies are not used for tracking or advertising.
If I add analytics or marketing tools in the future, this privacy policy will be updated and, where required, I will ask for your consent.
6. How long your data is stored
I store your order data only as long as needed for processing your order and support, legal storage periods for tax and commercial law (usually up to 10 years for invoices). After that, data is deleted or anonymised where possible.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct incorrect data, request deletion where possible, restrict processing in certain cases, object to processing based on legitimate interests, complain to a data protection authority.



TERMS AND CONDITION

These terms apply to all orders placed in this shop.
By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the policies listed in the shop (Shipping, Returns, Privacy).
PRODUCTS
I try to show all artworks as accurately as possible, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.
All sizes are approximate. Small variations in colour or crop are not considered defects.
ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy.
A binding contract is created when you receive an order confirmation email from the shop system.
If there is an obvious error (for example a wrong price), I may cancel the order and refund your payment.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in Euro (EUR).
Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
Any customs fees or import taxes for non-EU countries are paid by you.
Payment is due immediately at checkout, using the payment methods offered in the shop.
COPYRIGHT AND USE OF ARTWORK
All artworks, designs and images remain my copyright.
When you buy a print, you buy the physical item only, not the rights to reproduce it.
You may not copy, resell, print, modify or use the artwork for commercial purposes without my written permission.



SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

All orders are packed and shipped by me from Germany.
PROCESSING TIME
Every print is made to order and checked by hand.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for printing and packing your order.
I ship orders Monday to Friday. Weekends and German public holidays are not counted as business days.
If your order is time sensitive (for a gift, birthday, etc.), please contact me before ordering.
SHIPPING METHODS
I use DHL and Deutsche Post for all orders.
All prints are shipped flat, in a rigid mailer with extra backing boards.
At checkout you can choose between two options (where available):
– Economy shipping: without tracking or insurance. Once handed to the postal service, I cannot see where the parcel is or file an insurance claim if it is lost.
– Tracked shipping: sent as DHL parcel with tracking and insurance. This is the recommended option for valuable orders.
SHIPPING ZONES AND COSTS
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and the shipping method you choose (economy or tracked).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been shipped, approximate delivery times are:
Germany: 2 to 5 business days
European Union: 5 to 10 business days
Rest of Europe: 7 to 14 business days
Rest of World: 10 to 25 business days
These are estimates only. Delays can happen because of customs, local postal services or holidays. I cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES AND FEES
For orders outside the EU, your country may charge customs duties, VAT or handling fees.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Any import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
I cannot mark parcels as “gift” or lower the value to avoid taxes.
Please check your local customs regulations if you are unsure.
WRONG ADDRESS OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to me because of an incorrect address, refused delivery or it was not collected, I can:
resend it to you, once the new shipping cost has been paid, or cancel the order minus the original shipping cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once a parcel has been sent.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
photos of the packaging,
photos of the damaged product,
your order number.
We will find a solution together (replacement or refund, depending on the case).
Please note that investigations with postal services can take some time, especially for international orders.



RETURNS AND REFUND

GENERAL INFORMATION
I am a one person studio and most items are made to order. Please read the product description and shipping information carefully before you buy.
This policy explains when I can offer returns or refunds. It does not limit any legal rights you may have as a customer.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Because prints are made to order, I currently do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind, order the wrong size, or decide you no longer want the artwork.
Please check the size, design and shipping address carefully before you place your order.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
In cases where we agree on a return (for example as part of your legal rights, or in special situations we discuss by email), the following applies:
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
The print must be packed flat, with strong backing and protection, similar to how it was sent to you.
You are responsible for any damage that happens on the way back to me if the packaging is not sufficient.
Unless we agreed otherwise in writing, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include in your message:
your order number,
photos of the outer packaging,
photos of the damaged or wrong item.
Do not throw away the packaging until we have finished the claim, as the shipping provider may ask for proof.
Depending on the situation, I will offer a replacement print or a refund. If a refund is agreed, it will normally be made using the same payment method you used for the order.
LOST PACKAGES AND SHIPPING OPTIONS
At checkout you can choose between a cheaper untracked shipping option (no tracking, no insurance) and a tracked shipping option.
For tracked shipping:
If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact me so I can check the tracking and, if possible, start an investigation with the shipping provider. If the shipping provider confirms that the parcel is lost, we will decide together whether a replacement or a refund makes more sense.
For untracked shipping:
With this option there is no tracking and usually no compensation from the postal service. Once I have handed the parcel over to the postal service, I cannot see where it is or file an insurance claim if it is lost. In these cases I normally cannot offer a free replacement or refund for missing parcels.
REFUND AMOUNT AND TIMING
If a refund is approved, I will process it within 14 days after:
I have received the returned item in good condition, or we have agreed on a refund without a return.
Unless we agree otherwise, refunds are made using the original payment method. Original shipping costs are normally not refunded, except where required by applicable law.
WIDERRUFSBELEHRUNG:
1. Widerrufsrecht
Du hast das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.
Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem du oder ein von dir benannter Dritter, der nicht der Transporteur ist, die Ware in Besitz genommen hat.

mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. per E-Mail) über deinen Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. 
2. Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn du diesen Vertrag widerrufst, erstatte ich dir alle Zahlungen, die ich von dir erhalten habe, einschließlich der Standard-Lieferkosten (also nicht die Mehrkosten einer von dir gewählten besonderen Lieferart), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurück, an dem die Mitteilung über deinen Widerruf bei mir eingegangen ist.
Für diese Rückzahlung verwende ich dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das du bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt hast, es sei denn, mit dir wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden dir wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.
Ich kann die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis ich die Ware wieder zurückerhalten habe oder du den Nachweis erbracht hast, dass du die Ware zurückgesandt hast – je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.
Du hast die Ware unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem du mich über den Widerruf informiert hast, an mich zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn du die Ware vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absendest.
Du trägst die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.
Du musst für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.
3. Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts
Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei Verträgen über Waren, die nach deinen Spezifikationen angefertigt werden oder eindeutig auf deine persönlichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind (z. B. individuell angepasste Prints mit Namen oder speziellen Änderungen).
